Pricing Policy

All prices stated on Chrystal Rankin.com are in Australian Dollars. Prices are exclusive of GST. Prices can change without any given notice.

Shipping Policy

You have several options for postage:

Flat Rate Registered Post for a discounted rate of $5.00

Express Post at $7.50

International Registered Post at $15.00

Returns Policy

You can return your purchase if:

a. There is a manufacturing fault, breakage/damage during transit or the goods are not as shown on the website.
b. All tags are in place.
c. You have contacted me within 7 days of receiving, to advise me of the problem and to obtain a return number. Returns without a return number will not be accepted.

All refunds are less shipping costs.

Returns must be sent by registered mail. Lost packages will be the responsibility of the sender if parcel has not been registered.

Great care has been taken to show all items photographed as close as possible colour wise and with as much detail as possible. If however, your purchase is not to your satifaction, or the colour is incorrect, I am happy to exchange for another product, or a gift voucher. Returns for exchange must be returned in the same state as was received, unworn with all tags attached.

Resizing can be arranged for some items, please contact me beforehand so I can let you know if its possible, and to find out if any further costs are involved.

Warranty

All items have a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults. It does not cover breakages due to misuse or intentional damage. Please remember, some of these items are delicate and should be treated as such. The warranty covers the repair of an item, or if not repairable, the replacement, but all parts must be returned for inspection. Please contact me before returning to receive a return number. All returns are sent by registered mail, at the expense of the customer.

Please follow my cleaning advice (comes with every purchase), by polishing your jewellery with a jewellery polishing cloth. I will not cover repairs or replacements if you have damaged your jewellery by cleaning with chemical cleaners or other non-approved cleaning methods.

I take every care to provide you with a sturdy and safe product, and you will find in all necklaces and bracelets a ‘weak point’, which is an unsoldered jump ring, which will open in times off emergency if caught.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. I make every endevour to keep your personal and financial information secure. Any credit cards details are destroyed after the proccessing of your transaction and no longer stored on the server. I refuse to give or sell your details to any third party, mailing list or marketing firm, and will only use your details to send information you have approved of.
